  Good place to shop for your pets if you know what you want and do not need much help. Every time I've been there I have to hunt someone down for hello. Typically they are grossly short staffed and you have to wait to get help... Have a question answered ect. I've been in numerous times to buy fish and have had to wait long periods of time to get someone to get the fish out of the tank! Not really a huge deal but still kind of annoying if your expecting to get in and out to get on with your day! More often then not your also interrogated as to what kind of tank you have, size of it.... Then given some sort of lecture about what your putting in it. I completely get the trying to educate process.... But after waiting 30 minutes to get a friggen fish..... The last thing I'm wanting is a lecture, an education, or more of my time given!

  I go to this Petco often because it is close by. Overall I like it. Everything is usually in order. However there's this one lady that always pesters me to buy something at the register. I know it's her job but I don't want to have to say "no thank you" over and over again....
  Also sometimes the snakes look a bit dry but when I mention it to the staff they take care of it immediately so that's good.

  Sarah is great for training and most of the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I’ve been going here twice a week for a few months but today I had the worst experience when I checked out with Brianna. She was rude, dismissive and after she threw my coupon on the floor I had to go over the counter to get it. If I hadn’t had previous great experiences I would never go back.
