  Been living here since 2016 but everything went downhill since the owner changed. The technicians were fine but the management is terrible.
  
  I paid one day delivery for my package as I needed it urgently and they delivered it to the reception, after I called the office and asked kindly for the staff to place it out side of my apartment door (which is right next to their office)and wrote an email to authorized as asked, they failed to do so. And this happened THREE times !!!! Why can't they just tell you that they can't do it instead promising it but never actually get it done?
  
  I also tried to call them with my phone, they have been avoiding my number, I tried with my work phone and they picked it up in one second. The next day, I tried to call them with my work phone and it no longer works, I called them using my friend's phone and they picked up straight way.... The apartment is located at a good place but the management is really terrible, if you think you wont ever need anything from the office, then this is a great apartment complex.
